All orders are scheduled for pickup on the client’s selected pickup date

Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date by 7:30 PM

There is no late pickup fee as long as the order is picked up on the scheduled date before 7:30 PM

Pickup after the scheduled pickup time on the same date is subject to availability, as schedules may already be committed

Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be picked up within up to 3 additional days

A late pickup fee of $10 per day applies for each day after the scheduled pickup date

Late pickup fees must be paid before the order is released

Orders not picked up within 3 days after the scheduled pickup date are forfeited with no refund
