All items are custom-made, set-price products.

 

• All sales are final
• No refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order is placed and paid
• Orders must be paid in full to secure the scheduled date
• Once production has begun, changes are not guaranteed

 

 

Placing an order confirms acceptance of this policy.

PICKUP POLICY

• All orders are scheduled for pickup on the client’s selected pickup date
• Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date by 7:30 PM
• There is no late pickup fee as long as the order is picked up on the scheduled date before 7:30 PM
• Pickup after the scheduled pickup time on the same date is subject to availability, as schedules may already be committed
• Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be picked up within up to 3 additional days
• A late pickup fee of $10 per day applies for each day after the scheduled pickup date
• Late pickup fees must be paid before the order is released
• Orders not picked up within 3 days after the scheduled pickup date are forfeited with no refund

 

 

Clients are responsible for timely communication regarding pickup delays.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

• Delivery is available locally within Lawton, Oklahoma ONLY
• Delivery must be selected and paid for in advance
• If delivery is paid for, the order will be delivered locally as scheduled
• Delivery is subject only to weather conditions that impact safety
• Once an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the client
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery
